Pregnancy Update: Week 35

This last week hasn't been too bad. I have continued to have the contractions and at times more often, so I end up taking my medicine a little earlier than planned. But I continue to drink as much water as possible. I tend to have much stronger contractions at night, when I am trying to get some rest. It feels like the baby has descended down is sitting on my pelvic bone even more than it had been previously. BB2 is also having quite a ball in there, with all of the movements I am having people are able to see my bell go in waves from across the room now, more than ever!

We did a couple of exciting things this week. Friday, we went to Morgantown, WV for an optional 3D/4D Ultra Sound. They normally only do these kinds of scans when the baby is between 28 and 33 weeks, but they made an exception and did one for us at 35 weeks. The baby was definitely head down, but the little bugger had both it's feet and hands over it's face. We all laughed about how limber this baby is because it was able to put both of its toes on its forehead and lay there comfortably.

It took some coaxing but after lots of different positions we were finally able to get a glimpse at the little baby face!

We were surprised to see how full the baby's face was, even though we know we are much further along than we were with our daughter when we had one done.

We still don't know the gender of this baby, so for fun I thought it would be interesting to see what you all thought. You now have seen a photo of the new baby ?? and our daughter in a 3D ultra sound photo.

Now here is a photo of me pregnant at 35 weeks both times.

What do you think we are having?
